  • Following the reporting of an accident, we will contact you and/or any other party involved within 24hrs or the next working day.
  • We assign one of our Regional Claims Managers to personally oversee and manage all aspects of your claim.

If you're involved in an accident:

  • Stop! You must stop after an accident by law
  • Check if anyone is hurt and if needed call an ambulance
  • Don't admit responsibility
  • Exchange details with those involved:
    • Name, address and phone number
    • Vehicle make and model
    • Registration number
    • Insurance company
    • Policy number
