Comprehensive cover only

We will pay you or your legal representative £5000 if you are accidentally injured while travelling in or getting into or out of the vehicle and within three months this injury alone results in:

1. death;
2. permanent loss of sight in one or both eyes; or
3. loss of one or more limbs.

The most we will pay in any one period of insurance is £5000.

We will not pay this benefit for:

1. any injury or death resulting from suicide or attempted suicide; or
2. anyone who is convicted for driving while under the influence of drink or drugs at the time of the accident.
