What to do?

  • To report a claim call 0845 351 1210

  • Following the reporting of an accident, we will contact you and/or any other party involved within 24hrs or the next working day.

  • We assign one of our Regional Claims Managers to personally oversee and manage all aspects of your claim.

  • If the unexpected has happened and you wish to make a claim please contact us. We are here to help and we ensure that all claims are settled quickly and fairly.

  • If you have a home emergency you can call 0845 602 7746 (NI) anytime and we will put you in touch with a reputable tradesman (such as a plumber or electrician). You will have to pay any charges from the tradesman called out to help you. Please do not use this helpline to report and insurance claim.
